This company does a great job of taking your cash. When it comes to everything else, they really drop the ball. I was convinced by the 'Hold your keys' crypto wallet. After waiting 6 weeks for them to transfer the crypto I purchased into this wallet, I've made no progress. They keep asking for the same documents, suddenly go silent on email threads, and anyone you manage to reach by phone seems unable to help or escalate the issue.

On the bright side, their billing system operates smoothly. They’re always eager to charge a 1% annual fee on assets.

There’s no app for Android, and honestly, the site isn’t great on mobile either. I’d really appreciate having access to data, news, and updates about the Cryptos I own, not just a simple email saying BTC’s price has shifted. I do enjoy being able to add to my account at my own speed. Can’t wait for some improvements and a more solid app and website/dashboard experience.
